形态描述：茎常悬垂，长3-7厘米，粗约2毫米。叶绿色，密布紫红色斑点，二列互生，长圆形或镰刀状长圆形，长1.5-2.2厘米，宽3-5毫米，先端急尖并且稍3小裂。伞形花序常具1-2朵花；花序柄长8-20毫米，基部被1-2枚鞘；花苞片卵状三角形，长1-2毫米，先端急尖；花梗和子房长约7毫米；萼片和花瓣黄绿色带紫红色斑点；中萼片椭圆形，长4毫米，宽2.3毫米，先端钝，具1条脉；侧萼片斜卵状长圆形，与中萼片等大，先端近急尖，具1条脉；花瓣近椭圆形，长3.2毫米，宽2.2毫米，先端圆形；前唇白色，厚肉质，椭圆状圆形，凹的，长2.5毫米，宽2毫米，先端钝，全缘，上面光滑无毛而中央增厚的垫状物淡绿色带少数紫红色斑点，在背面中央具1条纵向的龙骨状突起；后唇白色，而其末端带紫红色斑点，近兜状，多少两侧压扁，长5毫米，上端的口径3.2毫米；口缘密布紫红色斑点，向前歪斜，前端无凹口；蕊柱很短，两侧具紫红色斑点；药帽收狭为喙状。花期1-7月。
